Shia LaBeouf Talks Script for "Transformers 3"
Shia LaBeouf claimed there would be no special title for the third Transformers adaption. He claimed the title is simply 'Transformers 3' -- Last night at the MTV Awards, Shia LaBeouf claimed: "Transformers was a good movie. However, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, not so much."
Speaking to the Associated Press, Shia LaBeouf said that the third "Transformers" film will bring the heart and the human element back to the franchise and that it will be the best installment yet.
"When I saw the second movie, I wasn't impressed with what we did," he explained. "There were some really wild stunts in it, but the heart was gone. We tried to get bigger. It's what happens to sequels. Mike [Bay] went so big that it became too big, and I think you lost the anchor of the movie. You lost a bit of the relationships. Unless you have those relationships, then it's just a bunch of robots fighting each other."
LaBeouf added that in "Transformers 3" the robot war will put humans back in danger. "There's going to be a lot of death, human death. This time, they're targeting humans," he said. "It's going to be the craziest action movie ever made, or we failed."

James Cameron Currently Filming 'Avatar 2'
James Cameron recently announced he was filming a sequel. The sequel is almost done with filming. The title was revealed earlier, and it's called 'Avatar 2' -- Cameron stated Sam Worthington would return.
Director James Cameron was at a technology forum in South Korea where he was promoting 3D and speaking about the sequel to "Avatar," which he said will take about 18 months to make, half the time the original took. He added that a release date for "Avatar 2" will be announced in a few months.
Regarding 3D, Cameron believes that it will replace 2D as the standard and that viewers will soon enjoy 3D entertainment in all forms, including sports and music shows. And it will take less than the 25 years it took for color movies to replace black-and-white. His guess is that it will be only a couple of years.
Cameron said that the biggest hurdle is the lack of 3D content to watch. "If you play all the 3-D movies in existence on your fancy new 3-D TV, it will keep you entertained for about 3 days," he said. "This content gap is the biggest hurdle for the rapid adoption of 3D TV."
When asked about the prospects of streaming 3D movies through the internet to laptops, Cameron replied: "3-D laptops are already here. I've already seen some very good ones."

Rambo V Coming
Sylvester Stallone stated he is making a sequel to his film "Rambo."
He recently had an interview with Starz, and he told them:
"Rambo V will be in production and filming soon. For the time being, it's me as the director, which I like. The film centers on Rambo learning he has a daughter and she is kidnapped in Africa, and he must save her."
Critics feel this film will not be that good, though many famous critics say it will be different, which may be a good thing for the "horrible acting Stallion."
Stallone also mentioned he has already written the script.
"The film is called to be called 'Rambo V', and it's quite different from the other films."

Brad Pitt to Star in Upcoming Film Named "The Tiger"
Brad Pitt and director Darren Aronofsky (The Wrestler) have set up the adventure thriller "The Tiger" at Focus Features and have hired Guillermo Arriaga (21 Grams, Babel) to pen the script.
"The Tiger," which is based on an upcoming nonfiction book by John Vaillant, takes place on the Siberian plain, where human development is encroaching on the tigers' habitat -- and one tiger turns on the intruders. With townspeople being tracked and hunted with an almost supernatural power, a conservationist game warden must face down the tiger. It is a fight that only one of them can win.
Pitt and Arriaga have previously worked together on "Babel." Pitt and Aronofsky were attached to "The Fighter" before both dropped out, and Pitt nearly starred in Aronofsky's "The Fountain," but he eventually abandoned that project.

TV Show "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" to Have Another TV Show
Starz has announced that it is in pre-production on a six-part prequel to its original series "Spartacus: Blood and Sand." The title is yet to be determined, but the prequel will begin filming this summer in New Zealand and will air in January.
Andy Whitfield, who played the title character in the series, will appear in the prequel briefly, but Lucy Lawless and John Hannah take center stage in this story of the rise of the House of Batiatus and its champions before Spartacus arrives as a captured Thracian slave.
New characters will also be added – most notably the gladiator who was champion of the House of Batiatus before Spartacus or even Crixus (Manu Bennett) – who will help fill in the story about the people and politics in the House of Batiatus and ancient Capua as a whole.
Produced by Sam Raimi, "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" was the highest-rated show for the 18-49 demographic among all cable networks for 12 of the 13 Fridays on which it aired. The second season was postponed this spring to allow Whitfield to be treated for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in New Zealand. His doctors indicate that the actor is responding well.
